3. SRPR's (Spoon River Poetry Review) reading period is now open!
We welcome poems from a wide range of aesthetic sensibilities, but are on the lookout, no matter the style, for poems that are as ambitious emotionally and intellectually as they are attendant to craft (the latter interpreted in broad terms).
Recent and forthcoming issues feature work by poet such as Jean Valentine, Joanne Kyger, Gabriel Gudding, Linda Gregerson, Hoa Nguyen, Shane McCrae, Jack Collom, Rachel Zucker, Joshua Corey, James Longenbach, Allison Joseph, Laynie Browne, Edward Hirsch, Andrew Schelling, Jonathan Skinner, Tyler Mills, Ewa Chrusciel, Lisa Samuels, and Jeff Friedman, among many others.
Please see our website for details (our new website will go live in the next couple of months!): www.litline.org/Spoon/about.html
