Intro / background / mission /history of your 'zine:
Crab Creek Review is a perfect-bound print literary journal dedicated to publishing the best poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction. While we are a literary journal with our roots in the Northwest for the last 25 years, we aim to expand our publication.
The journal currently publishes poetry, fiction, and has begun to accept creative non-fiction. In regards to what we are looking for in our poetry submissions--we are not looking for one school of poetry or a specific type of poem; our goal is to publish the best poetry that is being written today.
Kelli Russell Agodon and Annette Spaulding-Convy have joined the team as the new editors, while Lana Hechtman Ayers is the journal’s poetry editor. Jeannine Hall Gailey is our consulting editor and Carol Levin assists us greatly as our editorial assistant. Kerry Banazek is our fiction editor, which Tonya Namura creates our book covers as our designer.
We publish 2 times a year and each issue is approximately 90 pages.
