2. Beltway Poetry Quarterly is pleased to announce the publication of the “Envisioning the Future” Issue, Volume 19:4, co-edited by Saida Agostini and Venus Thrash.
This special issue features 30 poems by 20 women and non-binary poets who live or work in DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware. Contributors seek to answer the question, If artists are the architects of the future, what is the world we seek to create? The resulting poems describe a “reckoning of not just our past but our future selves.”
This is our final issue in the international #YearofPublishingWoman initiative. The journal is available online for free; subscriptions are also available for free.
