“How do you like your poetry served?”
is what we ask at Whale Sound Audio Chapbooks. Our theory is that poetry is like steak, and people like it served to them in different ways. Some prefer online text or online audio. Some prefer a printed book in their hands. Or a CD they can put into a player.
We publish each audio chapbooks in all these forms and are now adding e-book format.
Our most recent publications are 'Dark Refuge' by Edward Byrne (wschap4.wordpress.com) and 'Cloud Studies' by Christine Klocek-Lim (wschap3.wordpress.com). Submissions are now open.
3. Recent posts by Judith Laura, blogging as Medusa on Medusa Coils,
medusacoils.blogspot.com (in reverse chronological order):
"Google's IWD Centenary Participation" (March 8 International Women's Day Google logo links to events, charities)
"Layne Redmond To Receive ASWM Award" (Association for the Study of Women and Mythology recognizes frame drummer)
"Good News About Maetreum of Cybele Legal Case" (Goddess group in Palenville NY defends case brought by Town of Catskill)
4. Adanna: A Journal for Women, about Women will be an annual perfect bound print book publication, first issue Summer 2011.
Editor: Christine Redman-Waldeyer
Guest Editor: Diane Lockward
